We provide the advice and network you need to develop your first project

We know many of you who attend our talks are keen to buy a site and start your first project. This is why we've launched the Developer Collective Club. The club provides advice and access to a network of people to help you on your property journey—something that normal investors do not offer.

The Club costs £125 per month

It requires a minimum two-month commitment
‍
Membership gives you a 25-minute slot per month to present your numbers and deal structure for feedback
‍
We hold two 2-hour sessions per month, currently on Friday mornings
‍
You can attend both in person or online
‍
Each session has a maximum of 4 presentations
‍
Membership is only open to people who have at least one site in mind that they need help with
