Join us for our newly formatted Deal Clinic, a session specifically designed for architects with live property deals or development sites seeking advice and peer feedback.

In development, the deal—buying at the right price and with the right structure—is the defining factor between profit and loss because profit is primarily created at the point you buy a site, not at the point of sale.

Following the presentations, we will continue our tradition of heading out for a group lunch.

There are three ticket options.

Presenter Slot - This is a 30-minute slot to present your deal.to the room.  Sessions require a minimum of three presenters to run and are capped at four to ensure quality time for all.

Observer (In-Room) Learn from live deals being discussed. Limited to five places.

Observer (Online) Join the session virtually. Limited to 10 places.

The two-hour sessions take place at the Society Building in central London. All participants, including online observers, will need to sign a NDA before the session.
